Appendix A-1 of the collective bargaining agreement between the Whitehall-Coplay School District (Lehigh County) and the Whitehall-Coplay Education Association, July 1 2025 through June 30 2028. The agreement prints one grid per contract year; this is the 2026/2027 grid.
The 2026/2027 grid adds an M+60 column that does not exist on the 2025-2026 grid, so this year's schedule has eight columns rather than seven.
The agreement states that the step numbers do not refer to years of service: they are line identifiers only, and the District places new hires on a step at its discretion.
The work year is 191 days (Appendix, Teaching Hours and Days), one of which is satisfied by completing 5-10 hours of mandated training.
The extracurricular activity salary schedule (Appendix A-4) and the ancillary/Integrated Support Services Coordinator rates (Appendix A-2, a 205-day position paid at the Master's step 5 rate) are separate and are not included here.
