Article 79 of the Teachers and Other Professional Employees collective bargaining agreement between the Pittsburgh Board of Public Education and the Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers, Local 400, July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028. It applies only to teachers hired before July 1, 2010.

Attachment I of the ratified 2024-2028 agreement prints five dated columns (Sep-23 through Sep-27). The Sep-26 column, the rate effective September 2026, is used here for 2026-27.

Steps 10 and 11 were renumbered from 10a and 10b in this agreement; step 10 is held for six months and step 11 for four months before advancement.

Teachers hired on or after July 1, 2010 are paid on the separate Article 80 schedule, published as its own record.
